Our study was aimed at exploring the roles of lncRNA RP11-400K9.4 (RP11-400K9.4) on hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) -induced cardiomyocytes apoptosis. H/R model constructed in rat primary (PC) and H9c2 cells.
